Here you will be able to freely access all London Market model clauses published by the International Underwriting Association. The published clauses have been grouped into three main business classes: aviation, marine and property and casualty.

The IUA Clauses Committee meets regularly to discuss issues raised by the association’s underwriting committees. For more information about IUA Clauses contact Chris Jones or Tom Hughes.

It is the responsibility of each individual company to judge their own circumstances when deciding whether or not to use a particular clause.
