Nearly every skill we value in our professional lives is to some degree affected by our ability to remember, from recalling the names of the people we meet, learning and retaining new information, or even feeling comfortable speaking without notes.

At his third appearance at an IUA Market Briefing event, our speaker will once again host an engaging presentation to equip attendees with the tools and information they need to vastly improve their ability to remember names in networking situations. During this session, designed to boost people’s personal effectiveness in business, delegates will learn how to be more effective at work; improving their ability to remember names, pitch and present confidently without notes and learn anything faster than they have ever done before. Our speaker aims to host an engaging presentation to equip attendees with the tools and information they need to start reaping the rewards of having a fantastic memory.

Our speaker, Jake O’Gorman, specialises in memory improvement and since 2013 has represented England internationally at the sport of competitive Memorising; including at the World Memory Championships. In August 2015 Jake won the Mind Sport Olympiad’s Memory World Cup. Jake has been written about and quoted in many national newspapers including The Times, The Telegraph and The Sun and has been featured in several TV and Radio documentaries on the art and science of memory.
