As a market which has grown up around the concept of collaboration
, we share our problems more than most. Starting with subscription insurance, through central settlement and shared central services and ending with claims agreement practices….and settlement again. There is a lot that we do together and a lot of scope for common issues to be solved once for everyone. Enter the LM TOM!
Born from the need to modernise the shared elements of our service collectively, the LM TOM is a programme of work which has been collectively funded, collectively managed and collectively delivered.
After several years in the planning, designing and making, the LM TOM projects are delivering services to the market and the IUA would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to them and perhaps even show them off.
So, if you think you might have heard of ‘LM TOM’ or ‘PPL’ or ‘one touch data capture’ or ‘straight through processing’ and you are not sure what else you should know, by attending this market briefing, our speakers will demystify market modernisation and the TOM, with particular focus on PPL. Delegates will be encouraged to engage and understand how market modernization will impact their day-to-day working environment and how you and your organisation can get the most from this transformation.
