Candidate qualifications for 2026 marine elections
Following our previous circular of 30 January 2026 requesting nominations, we are proceeding to hold an election for the Joint Marine committees, as highlighted below.
A link to an online ballot paper for each joint committee is provided below and includes voting instructions. You may, if you prefer, pass this to an appropriate colleague and ask them to reply on behalf of your Company. The election procedure includes both the LMA and IUA constituencies and votes may be cast irrespective of the association being represented by nominated individuals. Each agency or company may vote once. You may vote for any of the candidates listed, including your own.

Please ensure that the ballot paper is submitted by 12pm on Thursday 26th February 2026.
