The IUA’s Compliance Committee assists member companies with the detailed application of regulations governing the London Market and is involved with the direct supervision of firms by the Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority. It was established in 2004 and reports to the IUA's Legal and Regulatory Committee.
