Environmental Underwriting Committee

The IUA's Environmental Underwriting Committee was first established as a sub group of the association's Liability Underwriters' Group in 2010. An important part of its role is providing information about environmental liabilities and associated insurance coverage, in order to educate the market of cover available from specialist policies, and highlight some of the gaps in coverage for such risks on traditional public liability policies.
