Competition Law Training

An awareness of competition law is essential for London Market practitioners, especially those that have regular contact with other companies in our sector. With regulatory authorities increasingly willing to investigate there exists a threat of heavy fines, as well as disqualification and imprisonment of individuals, for any rule breaches. The IUA runs regular market briefing events that enable an understanding of basic competition law concepts and the the framework for exchanging commercially sensitive information in an acceptable manner.
