At this market briefing training session, with a blend of arts knowledge, legal expertise and specialist contacts, our guest speakers will highlight specific cases regarding claims:

1) the theft of over $14M in jewelry (including a 28-karat D-flawless diamond) by an imposter “First Lady”
2) the theft and destruction of $15M USD in lady’s swimwear
3) a jewelry store robbery at gun point that never occurred. 

From the three cases above, attendees will gain a greater understanding and insight into cases that result in litigation.

Andre and Scott are California attorneys that have successfully represented London Market and US based insurers for decades in complex disputes.
