IUMI Annual Conference
The IUA jointly hostied the IUMI annual conference in 2023, together with the Lloyd's Market Association. The event is the world’s largest international marine insurance forum, bringing together key decision-makers for business discussions and unique networking opportunities.

Maritime London Officer Cadet Scholarship     

The IUA's Marine Technical Committee sponsors the training of a cadet under the Maritime London Officer Cadet Scholarship, a charity which provides the funds to enable young people to undertake the three to four year training required to become a Merchant Navy deck, engine or electro-technical officer. Floating Offshore Wind Insurance

Floating offshore wind will play an important role in the global transition to cleaner sources of electricity and will require new engineering solutions. The London Market's Joint Natural Resources Committee (JNRC) has published a guide to help brokers and clients provide the information that insures require to accurately assess and price risks associated with project design, fabrication, installation and operation.
