A committee for the London company market focusing on sustainability was established by the IUA in 2022. The group was launched in response to a growing number of member firms creating new roles within their organisations to address questions of sustainability and social responsibility. Its primary interest is in helping to promote sustainability initiatives across the insurance industry and exploring the ‘soft power’ of insurers to influence the behaviours of clients.
